Do I need an appointment?

Nope. Walk-ins are welcome at all three shop locations 7 days a week. If you want to guarantee a bay and avoid a wait, scheduling online or calling ahead is always appreciated β but never required.
Is the diagnosis really free?

Yes. Free diagnostics and free brake inspections, every time, no commitment required. We tell you exactly what's going on, give you a written quote, and you decide what to fix. There's no pressure and no charge for the diagnosis.
What does the 2-year warranty cover?

All mechanical repairs come with a 2-year warranty on both parts and labor. If the same issue recurs within 2 years, we fix it at no charge. Body and paint work carries a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle.
Do you offer loaner cars or shuttle service?

Yes β free loaner cars and a free shuttle are available at all three shop locations, subject to availability. We also offer valet pick-up and drop-off service at select locations. Call ahead and we'll set it up.
Do you work with insurance directly for collision repairs?

Absolutely. We work directly with all major insurance carriers. Bring your claim number or have them send the estimate directly to us. We'll handle the paperwork, fight for OEM parts when appropriate, and keep you updated throughout the repair.
How does the mobile service work?

Our mobile units park at Wilshire Courtyard (Mondays & Fridays), Museum Square (Wednesdays), and Universal City Plaza (Tuesdays & Thursdays) from 7 AM to 5 PM. If you work at one of these buildings, drop your keys with our tech when you arrive and your car will be serviced before you leave for the day. Most services take under an hour.

All makes and models β domestic, import, and European. Toyota, Honda, BMW, Mercedes, Ford, Chevy, Jeep, Tesla (some services), and everything in between. If it has four wheels, we can handle it.
